One hour of energising Pilates focusing on mobility, flexibility, co-ordination and strength. Gain awareness of your posture to develop more functional movement. Reduce the risk of injury and improve your performance whether it be in the gym, the sports field or simple day to day activities.
Learn how to work with the breath, reducing stress while enhancing your mind-body connection leading to greater control and more effective training.
