All you will need is a blanket or a bolster for this short routine as we open out the chest, mobilise the shoulders and release tension in the neck through muscle energy technique stretches and franklin method self massage.
Find a quiet space, dim the lights or light a candle and flow through relaxing movements that will leave you feeler calmer and more mobile.
